Honey and her siblings found themselves at a rural shelter when they were only a few weeks old. Several found homes through the shelter, but Honey remained behind, growing up in the shelter environment. Fortunately, one of our foster homes took her in so we could get her out of the shelter and start finding her perfect forever family!
Honey is 3 months old and weighs around 15 lbs. We are guessing she is a shepherd collie mix, but we cannot say for sure! She is an incredibly sweet and lovable puppy. She loves playing with the other dogs in her foster home and is indifferent to the cat, only occasionally sniffing her but not chasing or bothering her. We may have a future water dog on our hands, as she's already experienced wading in the creek and seemed to enjoy it! The working dog traits are already coming out in her, so a forever family ready to train, play, and work with her daily will set up this smart girl for an enriched and happy life. Honey is smart, loyal, and easy to fall in love with!
