Meet Gideon, the sweetest, snuggliest, best puppy around! He and his siblings were confiscated from a bad situation and taken to the shelter. Unfortunately, his previous "owners" weren't willing to let him go to a better life, and sent several friends into the shelter to try and adopt him with the intention of returning him to his original owners. Put simply, Gideon found himself in witness protection at only 8 weeks old, and that's no life for a puppy. We busted him out of the shelter and across state lines to safety, where he's now ready to start his new life with a forever family! 

Gideon is 13 weeks old and weighs 11 lbs. We are calling him a retriever/pit bull mix, but we do not know who his parents are so we cannot say for sure what breeds he's mixed with. What we do know is that Gideon is incredibly sweet, smart, and well-adjusted. He loves playing with other dogs in the yard and chewing on his toys or a bully stick. After he's worn out, he'll settle into his crate for a nap before starting the cycle all over again! Gideon will do great in any home, as long as they have the time and patience to work with a young puppy. He'll need lots of guidance as he grows to ensure he becomes the best boy he can be!
