Age: 13 weeks

Size: 17 lbs

Estimated breed: Shepherd mix

Lives with: Kids, other dogs, people

Deryl and his brother found themselves at a rural southern shelter when they were just 8 weeks old. His brother found a forever family through the shelter, leaving Deryl all alone. We couldn't see him stuck in the shelter by himself, so we lined up a foster home and brought him into rescue!

Deryl is around 11 weeks old and weighs 12 lbs. We're guessing he's a shepherd mix, but since we don't know who his parents are we cannot know for sure! He'll likely be a large dog when full-grown. Deryl lives with kids and other dogs and does great with them all. He's an expert snuggler and enjoys playtime, too. As a puppy, he'll need continued training in order to thrive. He's looking for a forever home with the time, patience, and love to shape him into the best boy he can be.
